Last updated: 3 May 2026

Acceptance

By accessing https://baconbyte.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website itself; project-specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement issued during onboarding.

Site use

This site is provided for informational purposes. You may browse, link to, and share content freely. You may not scrape, reproduce, or mirror the site's content in bulk without written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that any content is complete, current, or free of error.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, design, code, and graphics — is owned by Baconbyte (บริษัท เบคอนไบท์ จำกัด) unless otherwise stated. Nothing on this site transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

For client projects: upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the specific deliverables defined in the engagement agreement. We retain the right to use general techniques, patterns, and non-client-specific code components developed during the engagement.

Project engagements

Engagements begin with a written proposal or statement of work. Work starts upon written confirmation and receipt of any agreed deposit. Scope changes are agreed in writing before work begins.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days written notice. Work completed to the point of termination is invoiced at the agreed rate; deposit amounts may be non-refundable as specified in the engagement agreement.

Disclaimers

Baconbyte provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or search ranking improvements from work delivered. Technology choices are made in good faith based on project requirements at the time of engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Baconbyte's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or a project engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of the page reflects the last revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Active project engagements are governed by the agreement in place at the time work began.
