Baconbyte (บริษัท เบคอนไบท์ จำกัด) is a software studio registered in Thailand. Our website is at https://baconbyte.co. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@baconbyte.co.

This site is a static marketing website. We do not operate user accounts, membership systems, or a database of visitor records.

When you contact us by clicking a mailto link, your email client opens and you compose a message directly. That message is sent to our inbox like any email — it is not processed by a form handler or stored in a third-party service.

If you visit the site, your browser may send standard HTTP request data to our hosting provider (Vercel) as part of normal web traffic logging. This includes your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We do not control or review these server logs beyond what Vercel retains for infrastructure purposes.

We load typefaces via next/font, which fetches font files from Google Fonts infrastructure at build time and self-hosts them. Your browser does not make a live request to Google when loading our pages.

We do not set cookies. We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or session-tracking scripts. Your browser may set technical cookies related to the hosting layer (Vercel), but we do not read or process them.

We do not currently run a visitor analytics service. If we add one in the future, this policy will be updated and we will use a privacy-respecting tool that does not fingerprint or sell data.

Email messages you send to us are used solely to respond to your inquiry or manage a project engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

Project-related email threads are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after for reference and invoicing. If you want your correspondence deleted, contact us and we will honour that request within 30 days.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and applicable international frameworks, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.

This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
